Chad and Hil are going to be on TRL on january 8th. Same day as the season 5 premiere.

Include:
your name, age (you must be between the ages of 16-24), phone number, the number of tickets you'd like and what date you want to attend. Indicate that you want to see the taping with Chad and Hilarie because TRL tapes two shows a day
