"This is a trailer for the Chaplin Revue, a film that Charlie Chaplin, himself, created using footage from 4 sources. It features 3 of his late shorts made as early as 1918, and as late as 1923. These included A Dog's Life, Shoulder Arms, and The Pilgrim. The other source (which was used in linking the films together) is a film that Charlie had made, but never released called How To Make Movies, which mainly focused on the construction the United Artist Studios. This is one of the very few and scarce trailers for this film; they are so rare because it was never expected to be such a monumental success, and, therefore, minimal advertising was done. "
