yes! I think it too....! It's isn't fair ..if u see a pic u can also rate it it's not a big issue!!!u don't get tired if u rate them too...I upload pics in te charmed spot and videos but noone rate them! It's not right....please rate my videos.....................! and everyone's else video!

I notice it in all the kinds of spots.You know,sometimes videos or picks can't be rated.It happens to me a lot of times.When the URL is too big,or when the vido too old the rating is ended.So sometimes u can watch the "item" without rating it.

Yeah I think so too!
I mean I always rate things I see because people have taken time to upload it. And yeah a lot of the things I rate has never been rated before and one of the things had over a 1000 views other a couple of hundred and other less but still... Why not press one buttom d; ?

we have an image which has been viewd over 1000 times! the same image which has attracted so many fans has only been rated 2 times! no comments ofc! what is this???? all the vids and images can be rated and if this is not possible thay can even take a comment! I don't think it's tooooooo tyring to rate them too...I just hope to not doing this by mean or something like this..And I won't blame anyonw cause many times I leave a comment and I forget to rate the item I just left a comment!!!!! <lol
