Here's my idea for a season 9...

Here is my season 9... it will begin when the sisters are living a normal life, but a vengeful demon uses their past aganist them; the sisters realize there is no turning back, so they decide to go back to their wiccan roots and use the Power of Three to banish him to the Demon Exile; however, the banishing sets the tone for the rest of the season as demons, who have been exiled in the Demon Exile, escapes and plots their vengeance aganist their fellow demons, the Charmed Ones, and the world. The battle between the demons and the exiles forces the Underworld to spilt into two and with it causes a major shift in the Grand Design. The sisters realizes this and must find a way to restore balance in the Design, but they get distracted when General McGeyger and the Military sets their eyes on San Francisco and specifically the Halliwells. Meanwhile, Phoebe and Coop continue their strong romantic relationship, but obstacles stand in their way like a rival cupid telling them they can't fall in love, two evil spirits that wants revenge, and a premonition that fortells Coop's death, yet the biggest obstacle is Coop's marriage proposal. Piper has problems with resurrecting P3 so she counts on musical acts like Fall Out Boy, Santanna, Michelle Branch, and others to help; Paige has issues dealing with being a wife, witch and whitelighter and now tough to find her enlightenment. Leo starts looking for temp jobs, Henry continues his life and work, Darryl returns and still has issues about keeping the girls's secret, Billie returns, Prue returns in two big ways, the Power of 4 makes a appearance, Melinda Warren returns, Two powerful beings keeps their eye on the sister's magic, Gen. McGeyger is using witches's blood to experiment on mortals in a sick way including his son, who will be a major threat to the sisters in the end of the season; and then a ancient power has set every magical being's eyes on it including the exiled demons and the Charmed Ones. I would leave the season finale as a major cliffhanger where the exiles are taking over the city and the sisters are warped to somewhere else...For me, I can imagine this happening :)
Here is my season 9 guide... 9x01 "Something Wicca This Way Returns" The sisters try to continue living their normal lives, but a demon, Kalkin, who has been exiled for years returns to use their past against them; the sisters must reunite the Power of Three in order to stop him, yet Kalkin is not the only demon who's been exiled seeking vengeance. Meanwhile, Piper tries to bring P3 back by booking Fall Out Boy; Phoebe helps a model search for love while reconnecting to Coop; and Darryl returns. 9x02 "Wiccan Rage" Still worrying about the exiled demons seeking vengeance, Phoebe tries to continue her relationship with Coop. One of the exiled demons, Xyria, plans to unleash a plaque to destroy the city; the Charmed Ones must stop her. Meanwhile, Leo searches for a job and the military arrives to suspect supernatural involving. 9x03 "Futu-Trama" A demon from the future travels back to present time to try to vanquish young Wyatt and young Chris. Fearing for her children's safety, Piper reluctantly tries to stop him, but the demon uses his powers sending the Charmed Ones into his time. Meanwhile, Darryl investigates Gen. McGeyer's strange arrival to San Francisco. 9x04 "Daddy Day Scare" Leo convinces Piper to run a babysitting service while she takes a day off. Henry helps Leo out with the children, yet a exiled demon named Basis plots to break Leo's morale by turning the children evil. Meanwhile, Gen. McGeyer convinces Darryl to help him with a few "supernatural" cases and Paige must protect her new charge from Erouqi Demons. 9x05 "The Great Witch Robbery" Phoebe and Coop's relationship continues to be shaken when two vengeful spirits possesses both of them to rob banks as the new Bonnie and Clyde. Piper and Paige must find and dispossess them before Gen. McGeyer find them first. Henry meets the Elders for the first time; Darryl leads an investigation that leaves the sisters wide open. 9x06 "Piper Times Two" Still realizing that somebody will find out their secret, Piper tries to seardh for a logical reason to avoid it, yet Delux, Demon of Reflections, traps her in a magical mirror; he seizes the oppurtunity to create a evil doppleganger of her to steal the Book of Shadows. Meanwhile, Paige while still seeking enlightment meets an old prophet; Darryl learns secrets about Gen. McGeyer; Phoebe tries to relook her life after loosing Coop. 9x07 "The Whiteligher's Council" In desperate hours, the Elders enlist Paige to lead a gang of young advance Whiteighters to fend off Darklighters, yet she thinks twice into leading kids in a battle and questioning her leadership skills. Piper tries to restore Phoebe's love by setting up a blind date; Leo's newest job becomes hazardous. 9x08 "Weird Magic" A mysterious thunderstorm causes unexpected glitches to the sisters' magic: Piper's freezing powers goes bonkers; Phoebe's empath power causes more harm than good; Paige's telekinetic power goes awry. Magic gets exposed more ways than one, while an unexpected force tries to save the sisterss. 9x09 "Totally Not Charmed" A clan of men-hating, female warriors seizes the moment to use the Blessed Twilight ceremony to manipulate the Charmed Ones to get rid of all the men of San Francisco. And Leo, Henry, and Coop are the only ones to save them. Meanwhile, Gen. McGeyer leaves the city ,not without something from Darryl. 9x10 "How the Witch Stole Christmas?" Christmastime has come and not feeling the spirit in christmas, Piper meets the three ghosts of christmas in order to restore her holiday faith; someone from Prue's past returns to find her, yet when she needs help Phoebe is the only one to help her by going undercover as "Mrs. Claus"; Paige helps out a homeless center, while getting help from Santa's little helpers. Meanwhile, the men work together to find a gift for the girls; Patty and Grams setups a special gift fo everyone. [A big proposal] 9x11 "No Manor's Land" A group of a demons known as the Sycther demons prepare to take out the Charmed Ones at the manor; the sisters tries to protect their home with a protection spell, yet it backfires causing them be trapped inside with no way out. Meanwhile, Leo's new job has some complicated repercussions; Phoebe thinks about her response to Coop's proposal. 9x12 "Little Man Wyatt" While preparing for a party, Piper has a inky feeling that someone is after Wyatt; a sacred tribe seeks the destined one to fulfill a prophecy and they think it's Wyatt, so they kidnap him to find out; the sisters must stop them and save Wyatt while a familiar force lends a helping hand. Meanwhile, Leo teaches Coop how to be a loyal husband; Paige finds a gift for Henry. 9x13 "The San Francisco Experiment" The Guardians enlists the sisters to help a innocent who has been experimented by the military led by Dr. Freedman; the sisters soon realize that he has witch DNA enfused with his DNA. Meanwhile, Bay Mirror gets a rival; Darryl realizes that the sisters might find out what he has done; Phoebe and Coop's wedding rehersal dinner gets interruputed. 9x14 "Revenge of the Witch" Paige helps her charge at the musuem and unintentionally releases a 1695 witch's spirt from a amulet, who has a vandetta on the ones who killed her; it possesses both Paige and Piper while trying to use their lives to react vengeance. Meanwhile, when the wedding is near, Phoebe has some sort of cold feet and call on Grams to help, yet Grams uses a spell to relive lost feelings and Phoebe calls back a surprising person. 9x15 "The Marriage of the Cursed" Phoebe and Coop's wedding is here and everyone won't be happy in the beginning because of a dark priest cursing them with unexpected turnarounds. When the sisters discover the cause of their anguish, they realize they half to find a way to undo the powers of voodoo; the Guardians are possibly the only ones to save them. Meanwhile, Piper calls back the Angel of Destiny and Paige gets a premintion of her own. 9x16 "Phoebe Halliwell, This is Your Life!" After the wedding, Coop plans a honeymoon for him and Phoebe, yet something is going to happen. A demon, who has the ability to erase memories, attacks Phoebe causing her not to remember being a wife, nor ever being a Charmed One; While Piper and Paige try to restore her memories, a unknown woman helps Phoebe during the process. Meanwhile, Henry gets promoted to inspector and becomes Darryl's new partner; Leo reconnects to the Elders while the Guardians are hiding a deep, dark secret that might hurt the sisters. 9x17 "Behind Family Lines" The Elders continue to doubt the Guardian's trust to the sisters while informing Leo to be their emissary to find out what's their secret; the Guardians begin their main quest by summoning Melinda Warren and send the Charmed Ones to battle a couple of Hemlock Demons for distraction, yet when the sisters realize their ancestor is in trouble and discover the Guardians' secret, they fight fire with fire by summoning Prue while consituting "The Power of Four". Meanwhile, Darryl and Henry discover Mason's, the general's son, location and seek to break him out, but Gen. McGeyger plans on stopping them; Everyone is going to be in their defensive when Mason's powers are revealed. 9x18 "Suddenly There's A Witch" The Charmed Ones pursue a exiled demon who might have information about the Exiles' master plan, but Paige wanders off and believes witches are being abducted by a mysterious force; she soon learns a controversial doctor, who has a unusal interest in the supernatural, may have clues to the abuctions and realizes that he maybe holding something than meets the eye. Meanwhile, Darryl tries to regain his trust to the sisters as he explains to the sisters about his involvements with the general, yet Piper doubts it; Holden plots a plan to distract the Charmed Ones from his master plan. 9x19 "Mad About Mermen" When Leo goes on a weekend bussiness trip, Piper is left alone with the boys until she meets a mysterious man who has a way with women; she soon gets madly attracted to him tempting Phoebe and Paige to investagate more about this mysterious suitor. They'll discover that he is a Merman who hones the ability to trapped women with his seduction prompting the other sisters to save her. Meanwhile, Coop's new charge tries to reject everything about love; Henry tres to convince Paige to trust Darryl again; Phoebe clashes with the Angel of Death to find out more about the suppected death. 9x20 "Gunning Scared" The sisters continue their doubt about the Exiles' master plan until they think they found a important clue until three hired assissans try to kill them; the sisters tries to find out who could have a bounty on them until Coop gets mortally wounded in the process tempting Phoebe to investagate the Underworld, but she and Piper are kidnapped by the assissans. The mortally-wounded Coop begins to fade away which Phoebe and Piper ahve to escapre from the assiassans' clucthes in order to save him. Meanwhile, Darryl contnues to prove his worth by finding the idenities of the assissans; Phoebe realizes she must confess to Coop about her premonition; the Exiles steals a mysterious black box. 9x21 "War of the Underworlds" Holden and the other Exiles continue to open the black box until the other demons secretly spying on them prompting Holden to stop them by tricking the Charmed Ones to distract them long enought to open the black box; the non-exiles decide to enact vengenace by going to war placing the sisters in the middle of the battle. Meanwhile, Phoebe realizes why Coop is angry; Dr. Muldoon discovers a surprise involving the ultimate machine. 9x22 "Last Witch Effort" Piper, Phoebe, and Paige tries to understand more about the black box's origins and its purpose, but by doing that a mysterious messenger arrives to warn them about a upcoming reckoning; Mason completely turns into the ultimate machine begins to hunt down the sisters facing them off in a climaxing battle; Holden plots to get the box back and rid the Charmed Ones for good finally acheiving the Exile's master plan. Meanwhile, Darryl confronts Gen. McGeyger for everything he did to him an to the sisters; Cole returns to face off Holden; the reckoning soon begins, yet in the end the sisters, Leo, Henry, and Coop are in serious trouble.
