I don't think so. He never stood in the way of Chimmy, and the only reason he might object to Chlollie is because of Oliver's downward spiral. But once he saw that Oliver turned it around, and was the hero we all know he is, then I think Clark would be okay with it. As long as Oliver proved himself to Chloe, that she's worth being a hero for, and she's worth proving himself for, then I think Clark would be fine with Chlollie.
