First off I want to let you know that I didn't write this myself. I found it at Plugged In Online.

The Twilight saga begins as a breath of fresh air in a literary form traditionally consumed with death. It ends with a gasp as it tries to reinvent, to quite literally redeem the horror of that death.

I began reading Book 1, Twilight, during a vacation trip to Florida in June. Never mind that my job revolves around reviewing and analyzing entertainment. This wasn't work, I told myself—and my wife. This was just a good book that was getting rave reviews for its restraint and insight. At least by young adult novel standards.

As I sank my teeth into the first few hundred pages of this new vampire chronicle, I was impressed. It was restrained. It was insightful. It was interesting and engrossing to get behind the eyes of the just-turned-17 Isabella Swan as she grapples with her insecurities and moves from Phoenix to Washington state to live with her dad. But my free-time reading gradually began morphing into an intriguing and important writing assignment. Intriguing because Bella is something of an archetypal teen...

Josie ran.

“Maybe I made a mistake thinking you’d understand!”

“Well maybe I made a mistake marrying you!”

She ran, not heeding the tempest that tore at her clothes nor caring where she fled to as long as it was someplace far from home. Away from the chaos of her fighting parents and the hopelessness of the choice she was faced with.

“A tumor?”

“...it’s pressing on your brain stem and growing very rapidly. If it isn’t taken care of soon, it will be life-threatening...the surgery, however, would cost you your hearing... Permanently...”

Her heart pounded in time with her feet; a frantic, angry rhythm that drummed in her ears and accentuated the storm raging within her and around her. Freezing rain drenched her hair and pelted her skin, mingling with the hot tears that sprung from her eyes. The back fields stretched out before her and her shoes left the concrete, now thudding against soggy earth and dead grass.

I was looking through this club and noticed one of the questions, the one about the "haters" and it made me start thinking, haters are just nonbelievrs! God sends us these "Haters" as an opertunity to show his grace and love! God sends these "Haters" so that they can see what it's like to be a believer. I know it can be rough and anoying to deal with them, but God said love is pacent, and he want's us to greet them with open arms insted of them coming and seeing things that make them think we hate them, because we don't, atleast, I don't, a bunch of my friends are nonbelivers. all i'm saying is, if we say we can't stand them, what sense of God are they going to get. remember, God loves the haters, and as his children we should lead by his example, yes?
