Creed Bratton, as you probably know, is a character on NBC's hit comedy, the Office - Thursdays - 9/8 central. There's a chance you might also know that Creed was a musician in the 1960s - not Creed's character on the Office (although he plays himself) but himself in real life. Creed mentions in a deleted scene from "Booze Cruise" that he was in a band called "the Grass Roots." This isn't just some joke that the Office's ingenious writers cooked up - he actually was in "the Grass Roots" in the 60s, but he left the group in '69. |
