It's "Myslit' kak prestupnik" in Russia. It means "To think like a criminal" if translted back into English. Here's an image of how it's actually spelled here (since we use Cyrillic alphabet).

Here in the german part of Switzerland its called "Criminal Minds". And in the french part its called "esprits criminels". :)
