Season 4 Episode 12

Well here's what I know about it so far. It is taking place six weeks after Mer/Der have their real official break up. Derek is dating Rose. Sometime in the episode Meredith tells Derek that if she could she would leave Seattle Grace Hospital. Meredith, Alex, Izzie and Cristina compete in a surgical contest, with Bailey judging; George and his new roommate, Lexie, adjust to their squalid apartment; and Callie finds a friend in her new roommate, Erica Hahn.
In the competition at somewhere izzie is behind by 29 points, yang winning. and then a car comes up and when yang and alex take him down, the intestines come out into yang's hands. She is literally holding his intestines in her hands.
Meredith sees derek and rose kiss. and rose tells meredith that she loves him!! (b%$^*)
