SEASON 7******** Episode 1: Sept 22nd 2008 Resurrection The seventh season begins with the team searching for the person who shot Horatio while he was standing on an airport tarmac. Several suspects quickly emerge, and one of them is a member of H's own group. The investigation propels the team to track down and recover cases of fused-alloy bullets, capable of piercing armored vehicles, that are flooding the streets. We learned about Horatio's fate, & the real Wolfe's involvement in the plot to kill him. Episode 2: Sept 29th 2008 Won't Get Fueled Again A man who was set on fire crashes through a beach party and dies on the sand. The probe reveals the victim was involved in stealing gasoline from high-end vehicles and that he may have stumbled onto a much bigger crime taking place. A new medical examiner, Tara Price (Megalyn Echikunwoke), joins the team and immediately catches Delko's eye. This episode opens at a party on the beach and a man comes running in on fire. He runs to the water ablaze but falls in the sand and burns up into a skeleton. Episode 3: Oct 6th 2008 And How Does That Make You Kill? The 16-year-old daughter of Delko's therapist, Rachel Marsh (Gail O'Grady), is stabbed to death during the night in her mother's office at their home. Earlier that evening, a patient revealed to Dr. Marsh that he had vivid dreams of murder. The investigation reveals someone also stole the psychiatrist's private files, which hold the secrets her patients have told her, including Delko's. Episode 4: Oct 13th 2008 Raging Cannibal Two men involved in a Miami fight club that may be a training facility for killers are murdered in the Everglades. The investigation reveals the victims are linked to the Russian mob. Later, a man who is a target of extortion by the mob goes missing, and he was last seen alive at the club. Episode 5: Oct 20th 2008 Bombshell A 17-year-old girl is murdered in a trendy fashion boutique when the dress she is trying on, which is rigged with a bomb, explodes. The investigation reveals the victim was part of a shoplifting ring. Meanwhile, Julia becomes increasingly unstable and volatile when she goes off her bipolar medication. Making things worse, a nosy neighbor is found dead in her driveway. Episode 6: Nov 3rd 2008 Wrecking Crew Calleigh and Delko are assigned to protect a witness in a safe house located in a vacant high-rise building. The man is set to testify against a Miami crime boss in a murder trial, but he's killed when a 200-foot crane smashes into the safe house. The crime unnerves Calleigh and makes her feel responsible for the man's death. Without the witness, Horatio works to prove his case using other evidence. Episode 7: Nov 10th 2008 Cheating Death A hotel's tanning butler is found handcuffed and stabbed in one of the property's rooms. A drugged prostitute is with him. The investigation reveals the victim may be linked to a madam (Lucy Lawless) who claims to have retired. Back at the lab, Delko and Ryan pull a prank on the new medical examiner and their joke threatens to derail the case. Episode 8: Nov 17th 2008 Gone Baby Gone A 10-month-old girl is snatched from her mother at an outdoor restaurant by a man and a woman. Soon, a $500,000 ransom is demanded, but Calleigh urges the parents not to pay it to ensure the girl is kept alive. The investigation reveals the person behind the kidnapping may be someone closer to the case than at first imagined. Episode 9: Nov 24th 2008 Power Trip A woman is abducted on a Miami street, blinded with eyedrops and electrocuted. Her body is then dumped. Her murder matches evidence from an earlier crime, and the lead detective on that case is certain he knows who the killer is and will stop at nothing to prove it, even though he is on restrictive leave. It's then up to Horatio to protect the suspect from the overzealous cop and discover the truth. Episode 10: Dec 8th 2008 The Deluca Motel Horatio investigates the shooting death of a college student found blindfolded and floating in the swimming pool of the dive motel where Delko is staying. Delko is wounded in the attack when a bullet blasts through his room window. The probe raises questions about why he is living at the motel and reveals the real target may have been him. Episode 11: Dec 15th 2008 Tipping Point A minister living in a gang-infested neighborhood is shot and then buried alive on a construction site, where he is later found dead. The investigation reveals the victim worked to rid the area of violence and that didn't go over well with local thugs. The probe leads Horatio to a just-released convict who may be linked to the murder and to a robbery in which explosives are stolen by gang members. Episode 12: Jan 12th 2009 Head Case A man is found wandering a downtown street covered in blood but has no knowledge of what happened to him, so the CSIs attempt to unlock his memory. Their probe reveals the blood isn't from the man but is from three other people who belong to the same family and are feared to be dead. Episode 13: Jan 19th 2009 And They're Offed A race-horse owner is murdered in his private luxury suite while watching his horse compete in a high-stakes race. The investigation reveals that Ryan has a personal connection to the track's veterinarian, who may be involved in the crime. Meanwhile, Calleigh meets a handsome stable worker who cares for the victim's horses. Episode 14: Feb 2nd 2009 Smoke Gets in Your CSIs Calleigh collapses from severe smoke inhalation after she and Ryan become trapped in the attic of a burning house while investigating a doctor's murder. At the hospital, she is attended to by Alexx Woods (Khandi Alexander), who is a part-time worker in the emergency room. The investigation reveals that the fire was arson and the victim was a drug addict. Episode 15: Feb 9th 2009 Presumed Guilty A golf instructor at a ritzy country club is convicted of strangling a woman in the club's locker room, but new evidence suggests he may be innocent. Unfortunately, the man's attorney (Sean Combs) now represents the new suspect and may be involved in covering up the crime. Episode 16: March 2nd 2009 Sink or Swim The fiancée of high-powered attorney Derek Powell (Sean Combs) is murdered aboard his yacht during a heist, and the evidence suggests that she was targeted and not randomly shot. Meanwhile, Delko has a run-in with immigrations because of his forged birth certificate and a hit is placed on his life just as his relationship with Calleigh heats up. Episode 17: March 9th 2009 Divorce Party A woman throws a party to celebrate her recent divorce, but the event comes to a crashing halt when her ex-husband's dead body crashes through a gazebo. The investigation reveals the victim was living a double life with two families. Meanwhile, Horatio gets Kyle a job as an intern at the lab to teach him responsibility. Episode 18: March 16th 2009 Flight Risk A flight attendant is murdered on the job, and her body tumbles out onto a baggage carousel in the Miami airport. The investigation reveals that the victim wasn't particularly liked by her coworkers because her flirtatious manner often landed her the best assignments. She also may have been stalked by a passenger. Episode 19: March 23rd 2009 Target Specific A personal chef to some of Miami's wealthiest people is stabbed in her home in an apparent robbery gone awry. The investigation reveals that similar home invasions are taking place and that the chef may have been involved in theft of her own. Meanwhile, Eric and Ryan discover that the Russian mob is keeping them under constant surveillance and may be targeting them for elimination. Episode 20: March 30th 2009 Wolfe in Sheep's Clothing Ryan is kidnapped by henchmen working for Russian mob boss Ivan Sarnoff, but he's soon released and ordered to cover up evidence of a robbery-homicide connected to the mob. If he refuses, they will kill a boy they have taken hostage. The boy is the son of Ryan's former Gamblers Anonymous sponsor, who helped put Sarnoff in jail. Episode 21: Apr 13th 2009 Chip/Tuck A plastic surgeon is thrown into a massive wood chipper on the property of a woman who is addicted to plastic surgery. The investigation gets personal for Horatio when he learns that Ron Saris is still alive and was a patient of the victim. Horatio is shocked to discover that Saris is working undercover for the department, and he fears Saris will target Julia. Episode 22: Apr 27th 2009 Dead On Arrival A sexy bachelorette on a popular TV dating series is discovered murdered in a limousine just as the bachelor on the show is going to propose to her. The investigation reveals the victim was one of the program's final two contestants and that the show's star had already broke the heart of the other lady. Episode 23: May 4th 2009 Collateral Damage A man celebrating his birthday with his family at an upscale restaurant is killed, along with a friend, when a grenade is lobbed through a nearby window and explodes. Later, a second grenade goes off at the lab, leading to a revelation of Tara's drug problem. The investigation reveals that the victims may not have been the intended targets. Episode 24: May 11th 2009 Dissolved A suspect in three murders is boiled alive in his swimming pool after being pushed in by Ron Saris. The investigation reveals that deadly chemicals were added to the water, and Ron believes he was the intended target. Meanwhile, Tara's drug problem worsens; and Julia's life spirals out of control and leads to a violent confrontation. Episode 25: May 18th 2009 Seeing Red The seventh season concludes with Russian mob boss Ivan Sarnoff escaping from prison after being poisoned. Meanwhile, Yelina's undercover role is discovered and Horatio fights to save her; and Delko considers helping his criminal father who was involved in the escape, even though Calleigh pleads with him not to.
