Khandi Alexander is leaving csi miami at the end of the 6th season?

i hate to see her go shes great at what she dose but i wish they would pick a female to take her spot

this makes me sad or mad, she is one of the original cast members and one of the cast I like, maybe she can transfer to one of the others...lol

I think it's sad that she is leaving the show especially since she was one of the original cast members. However I can't help but wonder if CSI creators are sending mixed messages. I mean with the departure of Khandi and possibly Gary Dourdan (CSI), are CSI creators trying to get rid of the few black people on their shows? Especially if they have no intention of replacing these minorities with other minorities....

i know but her contact expired and i cried when she left.

U know, I mean, why did she have to leave at this moment? I just started looking at the show last year and I grew to like her so much and now she's leaving. THe way she always dealt with the dead and the living was quite touching and sometimes I often wondered how she did it acting or not acting.

SHe made me watch the show all the time because I would like how she often was early on the scene and would give Horatio his general run downs on the cause of death.

I wasnt even gonna look at the show that nite until I saw her son and how she cared for him so much. It touched me. Her personality and her voice always made me smile. I want her to know that shes the best ever and because shes gone now, I think Ill ease off of watching the show. Who will take over now?
