Episode 1: Sept 19th of 2005 From The Grave
A gang-related shooting occurs in a cemetery near a church where Horatio is confessing to a priest about a killing that took place years ago in New York and still haunts him. The gunfire interrupts his confession, and when he runs outside, he discovers a prisoner dead and a correctional officer dying. The investigation leads to Mala Noche, Miami's so-called new Mafia, whose leader wants Horatio dead.
Episode 2: Sept 26th of 2005 Blood in the Water
Two family members are killed after their yacht catches fire in the Atlantic and they jump overboard where sharks attack them.
Episode 3: Oct 3rd of 2005 Prey
A high-school student from Georgia, who was in Miami for a class trip to the Bahamas, disappears after a wild night of partying at a downtown club. The next morning her rental car is found nearby with blood inside---but no body. Fingerprints are found on an outside window which suggests that someone was watching her, and a tiny video camera is found inside the car that shows the girl having sex in the backseat. Episode 1: Sept 20th of 2004 Lost Son
The CSIs lose one of their own on the third-season opener, which begins with the discovery of a businessman's bullet-ridden body aboard an empty yacht that smashed into a bridge. Apparently, the man was delivering the ransom for his kidnapped son.
Episode 2: Sept 27th of 2004 Pro Per
A woman is killed during a posh party at an exclusive waterfront estate when a man opens fire on the proceedings from a cigarette boat. When a former con is arrested, he acts as his own lawyer and proves to be smarter than he appears. Complicating matters is the fact that the leading witness in the case is the dead woman's 10-year-old son, whom Horatio wants to protect, refusing to let him testify.
Episode 3: Oct 4th of 2004 Under The Influence
A woman is killed when she is pushed in front of a bus. Later, a man's body is discovered down an elevator shaft in a nearby building, and there is evidence to link the victims to a common killer. Episode 1: Sept 22nd of 2003 Blood Brothers
Horatio investigates the murder of a model intentionally run down outside of a Miami hotel by a driver who fled the scene. When the evidence leads to a suspect, governmental red tape puts an unexpected twist on the proceedings. Also: Horatio and Yelina begin to confront their feelings for one another. Heidi Klum makes a cameo appearance.
Episode 2: Sept 29th of 2003 Dead Zone
The body of a man involved in recovering sunken treasure is discovered pinned to the wall of his new cabin cruiser by a bloody spear fired from a speargun at close range.
Episode 3: Oct 6th of 2003 Hard Time
Horatio hunts for the person responsible for a vicious attack on a woman who was lured to a vacant condo and beaten with a piece of lumber. The investigation leads Horatio to a Georgia prison and prompts Delko to make a surprising confession.
Episode 4: Oct 13th of 2003 Death Grip
