Ausiello: I can tell you that it's not a replacement for either Anna Belknap or Melina Kanakaredes. Both are officially returning next season. Not sure about the rest of the cast.

i only know one thing about next season. there is going to be a new cast member! her real name is Kaye Sullivan! oh great! they say she is replacing emmanuelle vuagier(dt.jessica angell. but i hate that she is because i LOVED angell! i hope this helped some!

Someones life 'hangs in the balance' in the season premiere, but they are keeping tight lipped on who it is.

I think it will be Danny because nobodys life ever runs smooth in the land of tv. He's just got married, just had a baby, something bad has got to happen sooner or later and i think it's going to be this.
Also he is the last one to duck in the bar because he pushes Lindsay down first (which was just so adorable of him)

I have heard several different spoilers, but I can't confirm them.

I read a pretty positive spoiler that said there is going to be a new female character to replace Angel.

I've also heard some people say that another CSI is going to die, but there is a very low chance of it.

There is a high possibility that a CSI will be injured, but not killed. That could be anyone. It may be Sid, considering the fact that he was "injured" in previous episodes. (Bad allergy attack, radiation poisoning, etc.)

Now, Danny is my favorite character so this spoiler upset me. I definetly can not confirm it at all, so please don't take it too seriously.
I read somewhere that Danny got shot, or hurt and went into a coma. I wouldn't worry too much about it though, considering the fact that he and Lindsay just had a baby. LOTS of people would be upset if something happened to Danny or Lindsay.

Another spoiler I've read, is that Lindsay will not be attending Angels' funeral, but that most likely has something to do with the fact she just had a baby.

There's a replacemnet. Kaye Sullivan. And I asked every person I know, and so many other people who they thought gets hurt or dies in the shoot out, everyone thinks it's Danny. Does anyone know who the shooter was?

I know that someone might die but danny,lindsay,mac&stella are safe.they are casting for a girl forensic scientest so sid and flac are safe. Im not sure about adam or hawkes. one might die. But I do know that danny will not be hurt because if you look on tv.com they have 3 episodes listed for season six that just say a realy short summary and the first one says "danny and mac get help from a random woman with infromation on a cop killing" So danny isnt going to get hurt.

All I know is that Danny will be in a wheelchair, and should see a physical therapist to help him walk. But the latter soon abandoned. Also, there will be a crossover between the normal 3 series CSI, probably to show that replacing Gil Grissom has its place in the series. To return a Csi Ny, also known as Sheldon might be a girlfriend, from what he said in Twitter.

I was watching the re-runs the other night and Danny definitely gets hurt. they were showing all the previous for the new season and you clearly see him saying that he can't feel his legs. But thus far that is all that I know.

Well i dont remember what website i read it from but it said that danny is the one that got shot but he dosnt die and a new blonde girl is coming in.. so i dont know but thats what ive heard! :P
