In season 10, episode 1, "A Family Affair," Sara shows up to help the team while she's waiting for her research to get funded, and Grissom is guest lecturing at a University. She and other characters refer to Grissom in the episode on several occasions as her husband. We can infer that Grissom and Sara probably tied the knot after he went to meet her in Costa Rica, as Grissom never implied that they were married before he left the show in season nine.

i'm not sure if there married yet, but at the end of season 7, Grissom did propose to her and she did accept.

I thought they would have, BUT definitely not in what some may see as a traditional ceremony. {Whatever that is}
