Undecided, though leaning towards no. I love Wendy, and I kinda want her to pull a Greg and make a leap to field work, but I don't think anyone can ever "replace" Sara. The writers even said they weren't gonna fill her position with a new actor. I don't think she should take Sara's job, but I do think she should become a CSI. Though some people think "It's been done before" what with Greg and all. But still.

I'm somewhere along the lines of what Carly said, obviously no one can replace Sara and I'm sure Wendy would be a good CSI, but it's been done before; personally I wouldn't want to see the same thing again. Besides, I like seeing her as a 'Lab Rat".

Nope. Ronnie was coming in regardless of whether or not Jorja decided to leave. You'll note we haven't seen much of her since Goodbye and Good Luck. That's cuz she's on swing, not nights.
