First of all if you took the time to read the subject, I have served my country for 16 years I am a Navy First Class Petty Officer who is currently not meeting the militarys Physical Fitness guidelines. I have devoted my life to my country and to make a long story short I have let my appearance slip. Back in 1991 when I joined the Navy I was basically a stud... I grew up in a broken home but I decided to make a little bit more for myself than a sad and normal statistic. I dedicated myself to my Job and my country. Unfortunately You can imagine that I had not much time to care for myself or my appearance. Nature and Genetics led to a Petty Officer First Class Phillip M. Willams, larger than life I am currently 263 lbs. for my size in the Navy the weight that will pass my semi annual test is 201 lbs.
