David, I saw you on Larry King Live tonight and you were great! My deepest sympathies to you and your family on the passing of your brother. I hope you perform in Fort Collins Colorado someday. I am a huge fan!!
I seen your question here for a while and thought I should comment on it! David doesn't go to this website. I am pretty sure he doesn't know that it exists! You have a better chance at getting a response from his official website!
