well...hmm.. let me think..well for me i think that jae joong acts like a girl because he's always acting like a girl for example in the drama the kings men..hero is wearing a dress..And he is te princess..but he keeps tripping on the dress..and yes he is also skinny to well all of them are..=] well to think of this i saw a clip from youtube abd hero said that his waist is 24 inch he is so small..=]but i'm not mad even though he's somtimes act like he's a girl he so cute as ever..and he's the best..
