I am a firm believer in in the fact that all mecication errors are system errors (I do not like that word error).
I have spent many years trying to convince three different healthcare organizations that the majority of "errors" are "system events" which require more education for all the healthcare providers contained therein. I pray this reaches you, Mr. Quaid.

My name is Joy. I am a registered nurse, single mother of two teenage boys, with a bachelor of science in nursing, and certification in rehabilitaion.
I want someone to hear me say that the entire healthcare system has become absolutely crazy over the past 10 years.
