i am 32 and still love ever thing disney my sister i am sad because i do but who cares what they all think i say have fun doing and see what u like

I'm 40 and female and love watching Disney and "kid" movies. I also still buy myself toys...not just versions of Monopoly (which could be seen as adult collectables) but My Little Pony and Littlest Pet Shop too! And I play on Neopets. I decided to enjoy what I enjoy and get pleasure from that-I don't care what others think about it.

i definately agree. im not an adult, but ill probably be the knid who watches my kids movies, whether or not they're watching too. me and my friends love watching old disney classics.

Hi there! I'm also 29, just like you. I understand exactly what you're talking about. Once I was playing a group game on a different website and someone in the game noticed my age. They actually said to me, "Why are you here? Why are you playing this game? Aren't you supposed to have a life at your age? Where's your husband and kids?" LOL As if being 29 and having a life couldn't possibly include playing around on the internet. I sincerely think some younger people these days think life ends when you hit 20. XD As for me, I'm a kid at heart and I always have been :)

"Life ends when you hit 20" Ha, life hasn't even really gotten started by then! Sorry young uns, but things are better when you're older, or maybe we just appreciate things more. Hmmm.

Really, at 16 years of age, I always thought I was too old for all these games and Disney movies. So I guess I CAN enjoy those things now ;)

Any one of any age can continue loving children stuff. Adults especially seem to have more of a pull towards these since it's what they grew up with and get their children into.

My mum is 50...something, lol, and she'll watch stuff like Spongebob Squarepants by herself (okay even watching it with me is no excuse since i'm 18) My sister is turning 21 and she cries watching movies like Lilo & Stitch. But yeah there's no age limit for that stuff :) parents with kids love it more i think since they get to have an excuse to buy the toys and games (although i don't think you should need an excuse!)

I'm a 44-year-old mum and I still love like to watch all those movies that are considered only appropriate for 10-year-olds and under. I love Dumbo, adore the little mouse called Gus in Cinderella and I still enjoy The Wizard Of Oz. I think Pooh bear and Paddington are still cute. I also love watching Bewitched and Mr Ed (who said horses can't talk?!) Oh, and I adore Christmas and watching all those 'kiddie' Xmas movies and cartoons.

Yea, my friends make fun of me because I still watch disney movies. only the pre pixar era though. UGH!
i love the little mermaid, beauty and the beast, HOND, lion king, you name it. i watch at least one disney movie a week. screw the haters.

You could ALWAYS enjoy those things

great article, i feel exactly the same way. i'm a 16 year old male so i definitly "shouldn't" watch Disney, and i just finished Beauty and the Beast. wow, this is like coming out of the closet.

21 year old male who was raised on it, since I was born, that was what my family watched, and every year, we would go to Disney Land at least once. I will always love Disney (even if I don't prefer some of their newer work) and as such, will always watch Disney (Not Pixar, because to me, that's a completely different company that work's with Disney)
