i agree too and also narissa from enchanted is such a bitch ,god i hated her the way she tried to kill giselle for nothing, it was down right evil.

Yeah she was bad, but I didn't put her in because she a copy of a lot of the other villains; like the Evil Queen and Maleficent.

Notice almost every Disney villain's goal is based upon killing!

Dont forget that Frollo tried to kill an innocent woman's baby because it was deformed (and you know what? deformed or not, i think Quasi is cute ! >:I ) and then lied to him his whole life, saying that his mother abandoned him because he was ugly.

yep, Judge Claude Frollo is the most wicked of beings in Disney, because he imprisons a group of innocent beings, hunt's down and kill's an innocent women, almost drowns her baby because it's deformed, and then locks the poor child in a bell tower for a good portion of his life, and this is only about 4 minutes into the film. Then we go to the present and find out that he mentally abuses the poor boy, find's pleasure in torturing other human beings, and then almost's arrests a women for voicing her opinion, this is about 30-45 minutes into the film. So next time we see him, we discover that he's lusting over her (if you didn't realize it while in the cathedral) and begins to have a battle in himself, trying to figure out what's right in Gods eye's, and then come's up with how she is a witch and must either marry him, or burn at the stake, so he goes and starts hunting her down by imprisoning hundreds of innocent people because they wont tell him where she is. Finally, we see him almost kill a family that literally has nothing to do with it, then imprisons a few thousand people and almost commits genocide against them do to their race. Now, I've seen some bad things, but honestly, I have never seen a Disney villain do things close to this bad (not even Churn bog, who is the devil incarnate) Frollo is the most evil, sinister being in all of Disney, and I doubt we'll see anyone quite as bad as him again.
