Nah, there won't be a Superhero themepark. Disney already has a deal w/ Universal Studios and their Islands of Adventure theme park, which is chock full of Marvel superheroes (eg, The Incredible Hulk, Spider-Man, X-Men, etc.) Bummer. But, when you think about it, Universal is in very close proximity to Disney World in Orlando.
