I'm sure some people will disagree with my article, but um... oh well. This list isn't based on which ones are my favorite villains. It's based on who is the most wicked out of all of them. For example even though my two favorites are Cruella and Ursula they won't be listed as number one and number two, because I think there are some that are a lot meaner. And there are some like Scar that aren't big favorites of mine, but that doesn't mean I don't think they're good at being bad. And well... you get the idea.

So my choices are going, first and foremost, based on who's the best looking...hey, I said hottest, not best personality! Otherwise Quasimodo might be on the list! (sorry, Quasi. that was mean.) But also, personality was taken into account, because for some of them , that's what really made them hot, more than their looks. I'm sure that my list isn't going to satisfy everyone...well, too...
