I think it makes sense that they would alter Sierra's accent when she's with the other dolls, just because they want to avoid any weirdness or stimuli and if one doll sounded different from all the others it would probably confuse them. None of them, especially Sierra, would understand why she was different and it might upset or at the very least confuse her.
I loved the fact that Sierra was still aware of her feelings for Victor even when she didn't remember him. It makes you wonder how much of their 'in house' experience stays with the released dolls (assuming there are released dolls and November's release wasn't just a fake out) and how much the things that happened to them while in doll state stay with them even after being wiped.

It would be totally weird if they had different accents when in the doll state. They're all getting the same doll imprint so naturally they have the same accent.
As for Sierra's love, this answers the tag line doesn't it? You can wipe a memory but can't wipe a soul.

It answers it quite well although I think I believed Paul in Omega when he said you can't alter a soul, a persons core.
