Hook Ect

Whoever can answer this questions is perfectly welcome Did Dustin do his own makeup in Hook?
I know he did it in Tootsie So I was wondering if he did that in Hook as well.. Has Dustin ever played a vampire or werewolf in any play ect if so what was the creature? If anyone has a picture of this please show it...
