Detroit Auto Show: GM's plug-in hybrid is the Chevy Volt Concept Full Gallery and Specs on 

Here is a great article on AutoblogGreen on the hot new Chevy Volt, an electric car with a built-in gasoline/ethanol generator. They appear to be using A123System's nano-phosphate lithium-ion batteries (which GM has recently licensed).
