Emmett Cullen spot icon and banner.

I totally love the current banner we have but I'm not really digging the icon. So if you have any suggestions, post them in here and once we've gathered all, I'll make a pick and we'll vote on them! We can also put the current icon, so if it wins then I guess we won't change it.
