if i uploaded images of users that had already been put up and then places a clown face over their face i would get reported for spam or something

Really? I don't think it's threatening at all. I suppose that maybe some users might find it a bit frightening, but I am definitely not one of them.

Unless you send someone angry, threatening private messages or start trashing anyone on the site, JoKeR, I think you can do pretty much whatever, as far as I'm concerned. I mean, other users have used fanpop icons and manipulated them to make all sorts of things... Jody has done it, I know, because she did it for the secret santa present for me. Chel does it. Temptasia does it. It may not be the same as this Batman-themed harmless prank, but it is in the same league.

Although, as debs seems rattled, perhaps you wouldn't mind removing the images of those who get offended, if they politely ask. Is that OK, debs?
