	Cinders picked I don't believe they're incompatible theories: It's actually a common misconception that humans CAME from monkeys-- That's not what Darwin was talking about. Actually, humans and apes share a common ancestor but are both different branches off of the evolutionary tree. So I hope that answered one of your questions. As for the second, there is a huge gap in the fossil record. That's all. posted 10 months ago.

	ThinkPink20 picked Theological or Theistic Evolution: Theistic evolution is the official stance of the Catholic Church. Pope John Paul II (This is my crazy Catholic side coming out) took this position when he was pope. Basically, it's saying God lets evolution run its path, but intervenes if things aren't going his way. Does that make sense? Oh, funny sidenote, my image comic thingy say "And God said 'Let there be evolution!'" I liked it :D Edit: Cinders, I've heard that monkey thing too.
