Ok, so I hope I don't sound like a creepy stalker now, but yes I do know where he went. He's Mormon and he went on his mission - basically after Mormon men turn 18 or 19, they leave for two years and go to a place to 'spread the faith' and convert people to Mormonism. I'm not a mormon, so I can't speak as eloquently or as accurately about just what a mission is as someone of that faith could. My knowledge of it stems from one of my friend's brothers going on one and her telling me about it. He wrote a short soapbox about leaving on the Mormonism spot.
