First, props aren't for conversation; they're for commending a fellow fan for a specific contribution to the site (that's why the categories of props all relate to different content types). Still, you can use the site as you like as long as it doesn't violate the Terms of Service.
About props: to send a prop, you have to go to the user's profile page, then scroll down until you see "Give Props" in the left column, under "Add to Fan List" and "View Activity". Once you click that, the props module will load as you expect it to load. |

As Usual an exemplary job! <Insert Huge Applause Here/> But I see you may need a leetle help. FIRST, what is a “Prop?” Well, the Quixote got a little WileE and took the initiative to walk the mean streets of FanLand to ask extemporaneously (: carefully prepared but delivered without notes or text) 7 hip FanpPoppers the burning question all FanPoppers are waiting with baited breath to know…. WHAT IS A: “MAD PROP” Soo without further a dew, a due,,,, a adieu,, some French word!! Let’s get started!!! 1. Mad Props Used when someone does something that is appreciated or respected. It as an alternative to thank you. Mad Props to Christopher for that burger he made, that was really nice. 2. mad props "mad" = extreme; "props" = support (in a congratulatory sense) Mad props to the creator of this site! 3. mad props a large amount of props (congratulations) Mad props to you for your performance, it was the s***! 4. mad props noun. the highest compliment one can receive. Guy 1: Did you see me rob that bank? Guy 2: Yeah...mad props. 5. mad props A 'hip' expression of appreciation. Dude, that desktop theme... map props to you! 6. Mad Props A statement of recognition and respect. Coined by Baltimore DJ Bill "The Thrill" Hill on his talk show. "Mad Props" to you for a job well done! 7. mad props The phrase coined in Legally Blonde: The Musical by the character Margot, originated by Annaleigh Ashford. Fannaleighs like to use the phrase in recognition to her. "Mad props! He's the campus catch! You're a perfect match!" |
