In brief, you:
1) Check to make sure it's not a duplicate of an existing club
2) Create your logo and banner
3) Create the club
4) Post some initial content to the club (I encourage you to try posting at least one of each feature: answers, forum thread, picks, articles, links, videos, images and pop quiz questions.
