Fan Of The Year, Popper Of The Year and...?

For the month of December, we bump it up a bit and all of the people featured on a Fan Of The Fortnight go on one of two very large picks, which I'm always appreciative of michael's help with, especially the latter of these two always large numbered Picks. Fan Of The Year Anyone that's ever won a Fan Of The Fortnight contest within the current year is added to this Pick as a fun way of determining that year's best fan. If you've won one, you needn't worry about reminding me, I keep track of these things throughout the year. Previous Examples Below 2007 in which kathiria82 won 2008 in which we had a tie! But that was thought about and Cammie came out on top ...008 Popper Of The Year Take from the other half of the phrase "Fanpopper" for a person who uses Fanpop, this Pick collects all the nominees for Fan Of The Fortnight throughout the year. Previous Examples Below 2007 in which chel1395 was the runaway winner Both the picks came out as ties in 2008! So a tie breaker was needed and germany123 came out as...ner Yeah, these are pretty great, I know, but I have two new ideas this time around, which I shall introduce below.
Newbie Of The Year You know those brand new fans that only just signed up this year? That guy or girl that submitted a ton of content you absolutely love and couldn't resist giving them a bunch of props for? That fan where you think, "hey, that's how I started" all nostagically? This would be the Pick for them. Nomination Guidelines - Nominations must be sent to my e-mail (pkmntrainerj.fanpop@gmail.com) by November 30th 23:59 GMT - Users must have joined within the current year and have submitted at least twenty (20) pieces of content to Fanpop. - E-mail must include the subject line "Fanpop Newbie" in order to be included Guru Of The Year Hmmm...I'm not sure how to use this feature, maybe if I use this FAQ....No, still not getting. Oh, I know who to ask, they've been around for ages, they're sure to know. Guru Of The Year can be seen as the opposite to Newbie Of The Year. These users have been on the website a while, helped you out with something on the site when you've been at your wits end and they're generally a great user.
