As a rule, I wouldn't make a big deal about this, but it has been bothering me for a long time. I understand the importance of correct grammar, spelling, and the use of the proper punctuation, and what I am about to say has nothing to do with this. I also understand having an opinion that differs with another person, but when somebody makes a pick or writes a comment it takes time and effort to do so. What bothers me is when people leave mean comments about how either their question is stupid or even how stupid the person is for making a pick. The reason we join spots and make picks is because we are trying to contribute to a spot and maybe even make someone smile with something we thought was cute and witty. It is very hurtful to then have those efforts put down and belittled because someone feels like leaving a derogatory remark. I guess what I am saying is that if you don't like a pick someone made or think their comment is stupid then keep that opinion to yourself. It is ok to have a different opinion than another person but there is no reason to make disparaging remarks to other people. There are better ways to express your differing opinion then to put down someone's effort...

I feel like it is time that I tell you how much you all mean to me and how Fanpop has changed my life. About a year ago I became a stay-at-home mom. Which was really a blessing, however a huge stressor in my life was the fact that I had essentially no adult interaction during the day and no way of really feeling validated. I found Fanpop one day while browsing for Office episodes online. I saw the picks and it looked so fun, that I just had to join! Since then I have spent hours everyday on Fanpop. It is my outlet for all the stresses of being a young mother who is nearly solely responsible for the well-being of her children. And while I cannot contribute as much as many people who have more free time I love it just as much. The reason is.... you! The people I have meet on here are so nice and kind to me. They respect my opinion and help me feel like I am important. Just little things like giving me props or nominating me for fan of the fortnight for August 16-31 or hottest girl on Fanpop . Those little things make a difference in my life that you will not believe. You are my adult interaction. The part of my life that was missing. Previously in my life I feel like I have always...

Okay this soapbox sadly, is going to point fingers so people can learn from this. I don't like having to point fingers but it seems no one gets the message across if it isn't done.
What is bulk posting? It's when you post multiple things all at the same time. So when you do that the keywords you give are going to be the same for every single thing you post.
Why do people bulk post? Well the excuse used can be "I want to share great content with others" but really it turns more into a quantity over quality.
Why is this harming keywords? When people bulk post they only put a general amount of keywords in that can sum up all icons but not put specifics to them.
Now onto showing you an example of how this is. This is only one example, from one spot, from one user. It happens on pretty much ALL spots though and from different users.
