sometimes the f4 miss stuff like this ( in the "contact us" queue cause they get so much stuff) so its a good idea (if this persists) to message them directly. at least thats my experience!
I maybe will do that but well I just noticed that today... It started with some fanart and then this member added this and I couldn't rate it either. I'll wait and see tomorrow. Because all the other stuff from other people I can rate it.
Have you ever shared an IP address with this user? I can't rate my cousin Harvey's content, and we've been on each others computers several times. I think that the F4 do it to avoid people making multiple accounts to get medals.
