Is Mal your favourite character on the show?

he's in my top 3, along with wash and jayne.

Firefly is the only show I've seen where I loved all the characters. Usually there is at least one who annoys me or that I don't care about, but the characters on Firefly are all great.

I'd say River was my favourite, she's so interesting and has the most well written well played craziness I ever saw, but Mal is still one of my favourite characters ever. He's a very close second, and that's not just from Firefly, on anything.
