Gavin DeGraw is Gavin DeGraw's self-titled second album. The album was released on May 6, 2008.

On April 29, 2008, the album was streamed on Imeem.com in full, one week before its release date of May 6, 2008.

The album peaked at #7 on the Billboard 200 Album chart selling 66,107 copies the first week. As of August 23, 2008 the album has sold 168,226 copies in the U.S.

The song "We Belong Together" was featured on the soundtrack to the film of Tristan & Isolde; however, the version that appears on this album is extended.

The song "Cheated on Me" is Degraw's second single released (In Love With A Girl was his 1st) along with a music video which was released September 30, 2008.

The album Chariot by Gavin DeGraw was first released on July 22, 2003 on J Records.
It was re-released in 2004 as "Chariot (Stripped)," which included all of the original "Chariot" content as well as a bonus disc. The bonus material was comprised of "stripped-down" (made simply and with minimal instrumentation) studio recordings of all of the original songs, as well as a cover of Sam Cooke's "Change is Gonna Come."
The album was successful and was later certified Platinum in the United States.

Meeting Gavin 3 times!

I met Gavin first when I was in New Orleans and he was about to do a concert at the House of Blues and it was peobably 3-5 hours before he was about to go on. I saw him in the mall leaving the coffee shop (Starbucks) and I told the two people I was with that Gavin Degraw just walked by us. They didn't believe me but he just sat downa t a table and the one person i was with walked up to him and said whats your name and he said Gavin. Then me and the other person I was with walked over to him and we talked with him for about 10-15 minutes! He was so nice and down to earth. He called me little darlin!

The next time i met gavin he was at a concert and he was signing autograaphs and I got two. He was really busy with autographs so we didn't have time 2 talk.

The last time i met Gavin was at another concert and he was doing a meet and greet. Me and the two other people I was with went together and we met him and we told him who we were and how we met him at the mall in New Orleans and we atalked for a while because we were near the back of the line so he remembered us and we talked about New Orleans and he signed my arm and he said don't go gettin a tattoo...
