Joss really has a way of putting that question into play doesn't he? 'Is that it? am I done?' the answer of course would have been no because they had intentions of bringing him back as a BIG bad. This scene still makes me cry. I hated losing doyle, however short his appearance on Angel he made an impact.
^wow a big bad!? I didn't know that, I'm glad they didn't cause that would've been so heartache... I mean I could barely handle Cordelia as the big bad let alone the thought of Doyle. :(
