can someone identify this godzilla figure

hello i have a godzilla toy i was hoping maybe you could identify for me --- it has been in my family i would say 20+ years (although i dont remeber playing with it they tell me i did as a child then gave it to cousin as i got older) the godzilla is blue has hand painted eyes toungue and silver on its chest and fins - the eyes and nails are white - it is 8 inches tall and 12 inches from head to tail - there are no markings copyrites dates or any other idication of maker - it has 3 rolls of fins on back and tail (sharklike fins not spikes)the center row of fins are much larger than other two - it is rubber,(i think) hollow, and the arms legs and tail are easily removed and put back on. i have searched many times and have not found any pic that looks similar other than the godzilla in this video

i have heard there is a 1974 fake godzilla but i have not found any reference of it
