Help me find a film name for Godzilla

Between 1973 and 1982 I watched a film with my parents.

There were 3 monsters.....1 was a robot piloted by (I think) a Chinese girl and (I think the second monster was from another planet.

As they were smashing up the earth, the dropping rocks woke Godzilla, who was asleep under the sea. Godzilla was the good guy in this movie and fought to protect us and won the battle. I remember the girl dying at the end.

Can anyone help me name this film as I was too young to remember much - it may or may not have had Godzilla in the title ??
