Looking for Bailey's Baked Alaska video clip

I really am a physics teacher and I used a video clip of Gordon Ramsay cooking Baked Alaska using Bailey's ice cream at the stat of a lesson on heat transfer. The pupils really enjoyed it so I would like to use it again. Does anybody know where I can get hold of this particular video clip?
