Its the day before valentines day and our Upper East Siders are arriving at school.
Blair is sitting with the girls when she is approached by chuck.
C: Ladies...i know you must be busy planning your latest take down but i hope you wont mind me borrowing the brains and beauty of your clique? (looks and grins at Blair)
B: Actually we were talking about the Valentines Ball, but i guess you can borrow me for a moment. (smiles at him as she gets up and excuses herself from the group)
They walk together.
C: Lovely day...

Nate and Anne are in the apartment.
Nate is trying on his suit for the ball, when his cellphone rings.
Nate looks at the phone and sees it's Chuck.
A: Well aren't you going to answer that?
N: It's Chuck
A: Well answer it then he is your best friend Nate
N: (breathes deeply)
Nate and answers the phone and exits the room.
N: Hey man
C: Hey, Listen your going to this charity event tonight right?
N: (sdutters a little) Uhh...Uhh...Yeah
C: Oh great listen, You haven't heard from Blair today?
N: (hesitates) Uhh..No

D: Are you okay Miss Blair?
Darota pulls the duvet down.
D: Miss Blair you have school
B: I'm not going to school today
D: Your education is very important Miss Blair
B: I know that, I'll get Serena to... Oh I hate her don't I! Well I get P to send them over. What does it matter, All I know is that I'm not going to school
D: Your mother will not like that
B: I don't care! She's not here, And if she's not here who's in charge?
D: You are Miss Blair
B: Yes I am, So...Go away I'm going back to sleep
