Back in the 70s (and probably before that), movie distributors used to only give cinemas/theatres a limited amount of (original) movie poster prints. That was ample if the theatre was small, but when it came to bigger movie houses, the owners of such places would print their own using promotional movie shots to hang either outside or in the lobby. I’m pretty sure that’s what you posted here. It’s certainly not an official poster as there’s no mention of Paramount Studios on it. Other than a fan’s own poster, I’d say this was one such poster I described - probably from 1978.
