The first "girl encounter" Rusty had at CRU was with Lisa Lawson. He spit on her with Tequila at his first Frat party, then she attempted to disband Rusty's virginity, unsuccessful mission.

Rusty's 1st girlfriend was the infamous Jen K, former sorority sister to Casey and revealed she was a mole for the school newspaper, leaking all the "secrets" of the Greek world to everyone, then they broke up.

Next was Tina, she was in U-SAG with Dale and ends up being Rusty's "fun buddy", just having random, casual sex.

Last, but not least, Jordan, the the transfer girl he fell for and was swept up by Andy, fellow brother, before he could open his mouth. Now, Jordan and Rusty are happily together, to the demise of Andy, sure, but who cares about Jesse McCartney :P
