I named my guinea pig after the ancient Greek philosopher Socrates. I don't know why I did this seeing is how she is female. Anyway she is an english smooth haired dalmatian guinea pig. Which meens she has sections of white and black hair.

She later went on to have baby guinea pigs which I named Crito and Phaedo characters in the book "The trial and death of Socrates" they are tortoise shell and white guinea pigs which means they are brown, white and black. One of the babies is smooth haired while the other baby is part part abyssinian and part smooth haired.

Well I'M not exactly sure what she is. She was listed as an american short hair where i bought her.H er name is piglet.The lady I moved in with named her after poohs bff piglet being that she is a guinea "pig".

I have an American Short haired named Pikachu! I rescued him from a pet shop owner who was willing to let him die due to an infected wound he received after fighting with the other male pigs in his pin. He is tri-colored.
