I have a cheap Yamaha, but it does have great sound, so if your looking for something in-expensive, I would recommend that. If you're wanting to sink big bucks into a really nice one, I'd say go with Martin. They make some REALLY nice guitars. I've heard McPherson's are good, but I'm not sure how much they cost. I would say Takamine Martin, or Yamaha if you have the money though Taylors are REALLY nice!
