If you can unlock The Flight armor for Elite's on Heroic difficulty on Halo campaign, If you beat The campaign on legendary will you Unlock EOD and Flight armor or do you have to complete both?)

EOD armor is obtained from beating the halo 3 campaign on Legendary difficulty
Flight is obtained from beating the halo 3 campaign on Heroic difficulty

i got most of the armor just by completing halo 3 on legendary,the rest i got from xbox live.

hmmm... i completed ledgendary first and it only got the EOD might it be a remake of the same game to make you work more?
