I just got this DVD on monday, so i can answer this question :)
They have multiple CBS Network On-Air promos, some which i had never saw.
They have commentaries on like 4 episodes with a handful of the cast.
They have many INTERESTING featurettes: Casting Harper's Island (Shows interviews with the cast), One By One, the making of Harper's island (shows the death effects), Guess Who? (shows the cast's guesses on the killer) and The Grim Reaper (showing how Karim let the cast know their time has come.)
They have all 14 Harper's Globe Webisodes (Which i do NOT recommend watching- wasted an hour of my life.)
And they have Deleted Scenes on like half of the episodes. (A Lot with Beth/Malcolm bonding, and Trish and Henry "playtime")

exactly. I wish there were more deleted scenes though. I was certain CJ Thomason or Chris Gorham said there were some other deleted scenes (like Jimmy falling as Henry shot him in the church) ... maybe they'll come in a later DVD edition? oh well. I can't complain the DVD got better than I expected anywya
