Okay, now I'm pissed at the writers. WHY CHLOE AND CAL?! I cried like a baby, I LOVE Cal! I hope Wakefield dies a horrible, gory death at the end of all this.
As for my new theory, I'm still sort-of supporting the Booth-Is-Alive theory, as it's all I've got. They said the killer would be revealed in Ep 13, so there is obviously more than one killer. It seems way too obvious to me for it to be Jimmy.
Everyone else seems to have alibi's for most of the murders. I'd like to see it be Sully though, as so far (as far as I can tell) is the only one not yet to have come face to face with Wakefield. I've noticed they look alike too, maybe Sully is his son?
As for Trish, I hope she dies painfully too. Leaving Shane like that and not even mentioning how honourably he died, saving their lives, when she met up with the others.
Look forward to hearing your theories after you've watched it, sure they'll be a damn sight better than mine.
agreed rawritsellie, it's too straightforward if Jimmy's the killer especially since the producers decided to show us Jimmy's file. quite a bummer to me since i've all along thought he's the guy. plus, his many suspicious looks ohmy! just read the info on him:
Jimmy Mance (played by C.J. Thomason) is a local fisherman who couldn't be happier about the Wellington-Dunn wedding coming to Harper's Island because it brings Abby, his high school sweetheart, back to the island. Jimmy immediately renews his pursuit of Abby, even though he harbors some resentment toward her; in seven years she never wrote or called. The years have been difficult for Jimmy, and he did some things that Abby will find very surprising.
so now, Henry might well be the killer. BUT i really don't think it's Sully at all cos honestly, he seems genuinely scared. in which case, if he's the killer, he's put on a very awesome act.
anyway, yes, it was really sweet of Chloe to die with Cal like that. really love the couple and will totally miss them in the last two episodes! ):
finally, WHY IN THE WORLD COULDN'T ANY OF THEM FIRE A GOOD SHOT AT WAKEFIELD! kinda annoying much.
Just another observation, Henry had the best aim out of all of them (skeet shooting with Mr Wellington) but he never shot at Wakefield.
Not sure if this means anything but its just something I've noticed. He also stopped Abby from shooting/going after Wakefield what, three times in that episode?
I think Jimmy is the 2nd killer even though some of you think its too obvious. The arrows used to kill Cole were Jimmy's (ep.2 Arrows) and a headspade is something used to decapitate whales. Also he'd know how to handle a harpoon. He's a fisherman.
In ep. 1 did anyone notice when they showed Abby in the taxi there was also a bloody harpoon there too but a little different from the one used to kill Richard?
Wait, people!
We are not done yet!
Questions have been left unanswered!
Who's the skeleton in Wakefield's grave if it obviously wasn't him? The seventh victim that went unrecorded or something? One of the original six? A homeless man? o.o
What's the significance of Ave Maria? Was it just to creep Abby out?
