Does anyone know or have they seen anything that might suggest that they will show Dumbledore being killed by Snape and his funeral in Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince? I feel that it will be a big disappointment and a let down to those of us th

The rest of the above is "to those of us that read the book."

I think everyone neededs to rad the last two books as they wrap up everything and explain ALOT. Snape is not the evil person we all thought at first. The relationship between him and Dumbledore and Dumbledore and Harry will also be explained as well as everthing else and how it all ties in to Harry and Voldermort. So either read the books or just wait and see it in the two part final movie your choice. My bet is the book it is already out! LOL

Well, I assume by now that you've watched the movie?

Cause yeah, i was pissed and dissapointed. For one, harry wasn't paralyzed by Dumbledore, so he could move around and still have time to stop it. I get in the book, Harry couldn't save Dumbledore cause he couldn't move, but that excuse wasn't seen in the movie.

And where the hell was the Battle of Hogwarts, where the golden trio and luna, ginny and neville duel with Death eaters? that was replaced by the Burrow burning down

Plus, there wasn't even a funeral!

i disagree with the harry not being paralyzed. it gave the scene an extreme adage of drama because he chose not to move because he finally chose to trust snape, in the book it was sad, but in the movie it was heart retching just because harry can blame himself all the more for dumbledore's death. i do agree with the other things though, the ending was so anti-climactic! they couldve totally not added the burrow burning down and used that time for the fight in hogwarts, sooo annoying

Is that whu Harry didn't move? Cause he trusted Snape? I figured he didn't move cause he promised Dumbledore that he wouldn't interfere... and that he was too shocked.

A funeral is a way fr all of our loved one to say good by and the way the entire school said goodbye to Dumbledore in the movie was priceless. I believe that the battle in this movie would hav been dminished by the final battle yt to come. Lastly no one, not even Harry could stop Dumbldore from dying as he has been all along, just needed Snape to make it a more quck and dignified one and that is what happened. reread the last two books it will be explained.

They did not show the battle at Hogwarts in this movie is because it would be a bit redundent to have two battles back-to-back. I believe that the "final battle" in the last movie will worth the wait. So everyone out there Please be paitent as I feel it will all be worth it.
